Our client, manufacturing of corrugated boxes is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing operations team supporting production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safely, the ability to learn manufacturing processes quickly, and the drive to perform quality checks in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Worker
Location: Sioux Falls, SD
Pay Range: $20.84
Shift: 2nd Shift (10pm - 6am) and 3rd Shift (10pm - 6am)
What's the Job?
- Safely perform a wide range of tasks supporting the manufacturing of corrugated boxes, including material set-up and machine set-up
- Conduct quality checks to help ensure products meet required standards
- Operate manufacturing equipment/powered equipment safely and follow specific directions
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support safe, efficient production
- Complete assigned duties while following safety regulations and workplace procedures
What's Needed?
- Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations
- Ability to read a tape measure and demonstrate basic math and computer skills
- Willingness to work daily overtime, weekend work, and various shifts depending on workload
- Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach, kneel, and stand for up to 12 hrs. a day
- Must be able to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis
