Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in metal fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Secondary Operator to join their team. As a Secondary Operator, you will be an integral part of the Production Department, supporting the manufacturing and quality teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Must have some CNC programming experience
- Assemble components according to work instructions, blue prints or schematics while meeting production,quality and safety requirements.
- Safely using power and hand tools along with machinery
- Working with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Follow written and verbal requirements
- Inspect parts, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and quality.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven experience setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brake equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications.
- Experience using precision measuring and inspection tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
