Production Worker

Our client, food production is seeking a Production Worker day  and night shift to join their team. As a Production Worker day or night shift, you will be part of the production department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the ability to follow detailed procedures which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker  (Rotating Day Shift)

Location: Harrisonburg, VA

Pay Range: $21.93 to $23.93 an hour 

Shift: Rotating 2-2-3 7am to 7pm  or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. 

What's the Job?

• Operate in accordance with operating manuals and follow safety and OSHA guidelines to help produce the highest quality product possible.
• Follow all USDA, FDA, DEQ, and Ariake regulations and procedures, including HACCP, SSOP’s, GMP’s, and the Master Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain clean work areas by removing debris, emptying trash receptacles, and cleaning floors and equipment as required.
• Complete assigned paperwork on a timely basis and document/report concerns to your supervisor.
• Support production by assisting other operators as time permits and performing tasks as directed by management.

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift at least fifty pounds.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of production experience (required).
• Good verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
