We’re Hiring Production Operators | Austin, TX
Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour | Weekly Pay
Shift: 3rd Shift
Schedule: Sunday through Thursday
Hours: 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Operators to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves operating production equipment, inspecting products, documenting production activities, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
Primary Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and support material handling activities
- Inspect components, materials, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform production activities following batch records, SOPs, and work instructions
- Complete lot changes, line clearances, cleaning operations, and production documentation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to successfully pass a 7 year background check.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- Basic math skills
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform minor equipment adjustments
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs independently and up to 75 lbs with assistance
