Our client, a leader in manufacturing quality control, is seeking a QC Inspector to join their team. As a QC Inspector, you will be part of the quality assurance department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: QC Inspector
Location: Tukwila, WA
Pay Range: $28 to $35 based on experience
What's the Job?
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections during receiving, in-process, and final stages
- Conduct mechanical inspections, with occasional electrical and electronic assembly inspections
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately
- Measure parts using precision measuring tools according to specified dimensions
- Write Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to document inspection findings
What's Needed?
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality control or QA
- Experience with CMM is preferred but not required
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
