Join a fast-paced manufacturing team where you'll play a key role in producing high-quality rebar assemblies that support critical construction and infrastructure projects. Job Title:  Rebar Fabricator / Production Associate

Location:  Hardeeville

Pay Range/Shift:  $18 per hour Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What’s the Job?

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and production specifications to fabricate rebar products.  Cut, bend, weld, thread, and assemble rebar to meet customer and quality requirements.
• Operate and support fabrication equipment while ensuring efficient production flow.
• Assist rebar benders by lifting, positioning, and relocating metal bars for bending operations.  Prepare custom rebar components, including specialized pins and assemblies.Move, stage, bundle, and organize materials to support manufacturing and shipping operations.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools and visual checks to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package completed products for shipment and protect materials during transportation.  Collaborate with teammates to maintain production schedules and support daily operations, etc. as assigned.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work specifications.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle steel materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work safely in a production setting.
• Previous fabrication, construction, welding, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but training may be provided for motivated candidates.
