US-La Grange-Operator I

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in precision components, is seeking a US-La Grange-Operator I to join their team. As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US-La Grange-Operator I

Location: La Grange, NC

Pay Range: $17.35 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, OT as required

What's the Job?

• Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications
• Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances
• Start, observe, and troubleshoot machine operations, making adjustments as needed
• Perform changeovers and material feedthrough tasks
• Complete first piece inspections and use gauges and calipers to verify conformance

What's Needed?

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and use inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
