USA|Assembler 1

Our client, Industry Descriptor is seeking a USA|Assembler 1 to join their team. As a USA|Assembler 1, you will be part of the production team supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow written instructions, and a commitment to safe work practices, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: USA|Assembler 1

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $22 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday (4pm to 12am)

What's the Job?

• Deburr rotors and other hardware prior to assembly.
• Prepare parts and components to meet quality expectations before assembly.
• Use air tools safely and effectively as part of the production process.
• Complete required quality documents accurately and on time.
• Follow safe work practices in accordance with training requirements.

What's Needed?

• Basic mechanical aptitude skills.
• Ability to work to written instructions and follow documented procedures.
• Ability to use air tools.
• Ability to complete quality documents.
• Clear communication with others in a team environment.
