Our client, manufacturing operations is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level 3rd to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level 3rd, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow operational instructions, and a focus on quality and teamwork.

Pay Range: $20.1

Shift: Third

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment and/or perform physical loading and unloading of materials in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products as needed.
• Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality, while maintaining housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.

What's Needed?

• Willingness to follow work location rules, procedures, and supervisor direction.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and perform physical tasks associated with production support.
• Strong attention to quality through visual inspection and adherence to operational standards.
• Commitment to safety practices, including correct PPE use and awareness of machine guards and safety features.
• Reliability in completing assigned operations and supporting housekeeping expectations in the work area.
