Assignment Details

• Position: Warehouse Remediation Technician
• Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Work Location: Tacoma, WA
• Duration: Approximately a month depending on project needs and inventory availability

Position Overview

This temporary assignment supports a product recall/remediation project. Team members will locate inventory within the warehouse, open packaged products, replace designated components, perform quality inspections, and repackage products according to detailed work instructions.

Primary Responsibilities

You may be responsible for:

• Locating and identifying affected inventory within the warehouse.
• Opening cartons and accessing product components according to work instructions.
• Removing and replacing designated parts and components.
• Performing basic measurements, inspections, and quality checks.
• Verifying the accuracy of completed remediation work.
• Repackaging and resealing products to shipping standards.
• Applying labels, documentation, and tracking information as required.
• Assisting with moving and positioning inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Participating in occasional two-person lifts of boxes weighing 70+ lbs.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work area.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or rework experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow detailed written work instructions and quality procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measurement devices (training will be provided as needed).
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to safely perform team lifts of 70+ lb cartons.
