Weld Cell Operator

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Weld Cell Operator to join their team. As a Weld Cell Operator, you will be part of the Weld Cell supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and dependable attendance which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Weld Cell Operator

Location: Grand Haven, MI

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 10:10 PM - 6:30 AM

What's the Job?

• Operate automated welding equipment and weld cell machinery to support daily production goals.
• Load and unload components into welding fixtures safely and accurately.
• Perform visual inspections to verify weld quality and product specifications.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in every part you produce.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while staying focused and consistent.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Previous manufacturing or welding experience is helpful but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
