Our client, advanced manufacturer is seeking an Operator to join their team. As an Operator, you will be part of the Cutting Operations department supporting production teams focused on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: Grand Haven, MI
Pay Range: $17.00 per hour
Shift: 10:10 PM - 6:30 AM (Mandatory Overtime Every Other Weekend)
What's the Job?
- Operate cutting equipment and machinery used in the production process.
- Load and unload materials for cutting and processing.
- Inspect materials and finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any concerns.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
What's Needed?
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; willingness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment.
