Welder Fabricator

Our client, Industrial Manufacturing is seeking a Welder Fabricator to join their team. As a Welder Fabricator, you will be part of the Production team supporting the manufacturing of high-quality concrete pipe and precast concrete products. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and a hands-on mindset for precision metal fabrication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder Fabricator

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $25

Shift: 6am - 3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Fabricate, assemble, repair, and modify steel forms and molds used in concrete production.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and shop drawings to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Measure, cut, shape, and fit steel components using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Perform MIG, stick, and/or TIG welding as required to meet production needs.
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in metal fabrication, welding, or a related manufacturing environment preferred (minimum experience: 2 years).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measuring instruments.
• Proficiency using fabrication tools and welding equipment.
• Strong understanding of shop mathematics and dimensional measurements.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality workmanship, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
