Welder Mig Tig Nights

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial solutions, is seeking a Welder Nights Mig/Tig to join their team. As a Welder Nights Mig/Tig, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welder Nights Mig/Tig

Location: JOPLIN, MO

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Wednesday to 11 p.m  ending at 5 a.m. then 5p to 5a  Thursday, Friday, Saturday

What's the Job?

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components
• Operate robotic welding equipment and spot welding machines
• Ensure quality standards are met during the welding process
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a background check as part of client credential requirements
• Proficiency in welding techniques, specifically MIG and TIG
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
