What's the Job?

• Perform welding tasks according to job instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Prepare materials and components for welding by cleaning, aligning, and ensuring proper fit-up.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and welding requirements to complete assigned work accurately.
• Inspect welds and finished work to confirm conformance and identify issues early.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

What's Needed?

• Experience working as a welder and producing consistent, quality welds.
• Ability to follow welding procedures and job instructions with minimal supervision.
• Comfort using welding tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on producing work that meets requirements.
• Willingness to work in an industrial environment while adhering to safety expectations.
