- Support workplace safety and OSHA compliance within a large manufacturing operation
- Conduct safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and help drive preventative safety initiatives
- Assist with incident and near-miss investigations and corrective actions
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and leadership to promote safe work practices
- Support safety programs such as Lockout/Tagout, forklift/PIT safety, machine guarding, electrical safety, and fall protection
- Provide employee safety training and help maintain safety documentation and compliance records
- Analyze safety trends and identify opportunities to reduce workplace incidents
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Previous workplace safety, EHS/ESH, OSHA, environmental safety, or related experience
- Manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates from other industries will be considered
- Ability to work onsite and spend time on the production floor in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment sponsorship
