Counter Sales

Our client, in Retail is seeking a Counter Sales to join their team. As a Counter Sales, you will be part of the Sales & Customer Support team supporting daily customer interactions and store front operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple requests—aligning successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Counter Sales

Location: Midland, TX

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00

Shift: 8am to 5pm

What's the Job?

• Provide customer service at the front counter to walk customers through the store and help them find what they need.
• Answer telephone calls, take accurate messages, and route inquiries to the right person or department.
• Share information needed by customers, ensuring clear, helpful, and timely responses.
• Support smooth front counter operations by staying attentive to customer flow and requests.
• Maintain a professional, service-focused presence while representing the store to every customer.

What's Needed?

• Comfort communicating with customers in person and over the phone.
• Ability to listen carefully, ask clarifying questions, and provide accurate information.
• Strong organization skills to manage messages and customer requests efficiently.
• Willingness to learn store processes and product/service information quickly.
• Reliability and a positive attitude during scheduled workdays (MON, TUE, WED, FRI).
