Field Service Representative

Our client, a leading organization in the vending solutions industry, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Field Service Representative to join their team. As a vital part of the service department, you will support customer solutions and ensure the smooth operation of vending equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, enjoy helping others, pay close attention to detail, and be a proactive problem solver who is comfortable working independently.

Job Title: Field Service Representative

Location:  Driving will be to different client locations ranging from Long Island into NYC 

Pay Range: $21.50

What's the Job?

• Drive customer loyalty by supporting and promoting vending solutions.
• Support and collaborate with customer solutions and sales teams through the CARE program.
• Maintain the appearance and functionality of all vending equipment, ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Log daily activities accurately in SFDC and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Connect with customers to ensure satisfaction, support product expansion, and identify growth opportunities.

• Good communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to support safety compliance and equipment maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management solutions is preferred.
