We're seeking a dedicated Residential House Manager to join a Christian nonprofit organization’s for their Men’s Changed Life Recovery Program. In this role, you'll provide daily oversight and support to male residents recovering from substance addiction and life crises, helping maintain a safe, structured, and Christ-centered environment where transformation can happen.

What You’ll Do

• Provide day-to-day oversight and leadership for recovery program residents
• Conduct house inspections, facility checks, and resident accountability rounds
• Monitor resident participation in program requirements and activities
• Assist with maintaining a safe, secure, and orderly residential environment
• Conduct random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with program guidelines
• Document incidents, concerns, and resident progress
• Communicate regularly with program leadership and staff
• Support evening activities, volunteers, and community groups
• Assist with transportation needs and other program-related duties as assigned
   

• A committed follower of Jesus Christ with compassion for individuals overcoming poverty and addiction
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in case management, recovery programs, or related fields preferred
• Ability to hold individuals accountable while demonstrating respect and care
• Valid Class C driver's license
• Maryland Alcohol and Drug Treatment certification preferred
• Four-year degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel
