2nd Machine Operator - Put Your Machine Operation Experience to Work
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr (includes $1.00/hr shift differential)Our client is seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join their manufacturing team in Milo. If you have experience working with production equipment, cutting tools, or woodworking machinery, this could be a great opportunity to grow your skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment. This position pays $18 per hour and is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent placement based on performance and attendance.
Schedule: Mon-Thur, 3:30p-2a (training on day shift, Mon-Thur, 5a-3:30p)

Typical daily duties:
- Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Read measurements and follow production specifications
- Use cutting tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
What we're looking for:
- Experience with machinery, including table saws, band saws, edge banders, or other cutting tools is highly preferred
- Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience
- Ability to accurately read measurements and follow detailed instructions
- Commitment to workplace safety and product quality
- Reliable attendance and a team-focused attitude
