2nd Shift Pick/Pack

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a 2nd Shift Pick/Pack to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Pick/Pack, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Pick/Pack

Location: Groveport, OH

Pay Range: $21

Shift: Evenings 3:30pm - 12:00am

What's the Job?

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Preparing shipments for delivery according to company standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Assisting with inventory counts and stock replenishment
• Supporting startup procedures and quality checks as needed

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training provided
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
