Our client, Logistics and Warehouse Operations is seeking a Cherry Picker Driver to join their team. As a Cherry Picker Driver, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting day-to-day material handling, shipping, receiving, and value-added production support. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to solve problems while staying focused on safety and performance standards.
Job Title: Cherry Picker Driver
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay Range: 22.80 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Tue-Sat; Off Sun-Mon)
What's the Job?
- Perform shipping tasks including box making, shipper void fill, packing, and LTL sorting
- Support receiving and unloading operations, including manual unloading and trailer loading/unloading as assigned
- Complete value-added services such as kitting, labeling, postponement support, and production assembly
- Operate within warehouse workflows including loading (manual), line loading, cart building, and replenishment tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work area through housekeeping activities such as detrashing pallets and emptying bin trash/bailer
What's Needed?
- Verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and document work as needed
- Analytical and problem-solving ability to address issues like weight out of tolerance and process needs
- Team player attitude with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, busy warehouse environment
- Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, and standing/walking for periods of time
- Ability to take direction and work in accordance with established performance and safety standards
