Our client, logistics and warehousing operations is seeking a Cherry Picker Driver to join their team. As a Cherry Picker Driver, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting day-to-day material handling, shipping, receiving, and value-added production support. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environment, and a detail-oriented, safety-focused mindset that aligns successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cherry Picker Driver

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay Range: 22.80 per hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Mon-Fri, Off Sat-Sun

What's the Job?

  • Perform shipping tasks including box making, order picking, void fill, packing, and LTL sorting
  • Support receiving by unloading materials manually and preparing items for the next production or storage step
  • Operate and support warehouse value-added services such as kitting, labeling, postponement, and production assembly
  • Load and unload trailers and support manual loading activities, including line loader and cart unloader responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area through housekeeping duties such as detrashing pallets, emptying bin trash and bailer, and general maintenance

What's Needed?

  • Verbal and written communication skills to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability to handle order and process needs while meeting performance and safety standards
  • Team player attitude with strong attention to detail in a busy, sometimes noisy warehousing environment
  • Ability to perform physically intensive labor, including reaching, bending, lifting weight up to 50 pounds as needed, walking for periods of time, and standing for periods of time
  • Ability to take direction and work in accordance with established safety procedures and performance expectations
