Combilift Forklift Operator Warehouse Associate

Our client, Warehouse & Logistics is seeking a Combilift Forklift Operator Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Combilift Forklift Operator Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting day-to-day order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, a dependable work ethic, and the drive to stay productive throughout the shift—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Combilift Forklift Operator Warehouse Associate

Location: Cudahy, WI

Pay Range: $20-$22/hr. 

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Operate a Combilift forklift to move long materials such as lumber, steel, pipe, and building products in tight warehouse aisles
• Pick and pack products accurately based on order specifications to support timely order fulfillment
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs while maintaining safe handling practices
• Use ladders to retrieve products from shelving units (must be comfortable working at heights)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all safety procedures and company policies

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfort working at heights and using ladders
• Strong work ethic with the ability to stay busy and productive without constant supervision
• Dependable and punctual attendance
• Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
