CWR-Warehouse Associate I-Express Offer Workflow

Our client, Transportation & Logistics is seeking a CWR-Warehouse Associate I-Express Offer Workflow to join their team. As a CWR-Warehouse Associate I-Express Offer Workflow, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting the Shipping & Receiving team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to follow instructions accurately which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CWR-Warehouse Associate I-Express Offer Workflow

Location: Houston, TX

Pay Range: $16.5

Shift: 10 total for PM shift; 5 for Thur-Mon (6p-3a); 5 for Mon-Fri (6p-3a)

What's the Job?

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders to sales associates for processing
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, and/or shipped
• Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for employee and customer traffic
• Complete work in a safe manner by adhering to all safety policies and procedures
• Assemble products, participate in inventory counts as needed, and take check calls from drivers to validate load data and confirm on-time delivery

What's Needed?

• Basic written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends, due to varying freight volumes
• Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry (preferred)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds and load/unload trucks
