Our client, a fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation, is seeking a Distribution Coordinator to join their team. As a Distribution Coordinator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting daily distribution needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, comfort working in a high-demand environment, and the drive to learn multiple warehouse functions—so you can help keep orders moving accurately and on time.

Job Title: Distribution Coordinator

Location: Cambridge, OH

Pay Range: $16

Shift: 6am-2pm M-F with some occasional Saturdays

What's the Job?

  • Pick customer orders using an RF gun, completing each task accurately and efficiently.
  • Packing finished goods according to customer-specific instructions, including markings, stacking requirements, and special pallets.
  • Load outbound trailers and transport materials/finished product as scheduled, including use of powered industrial equipment when required.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment as part of daily distribution tasks while maintaining safe, accurate performance.
  • Maintain daily housekeeping responsibilities and complete other duties assigned by Leadership.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to learn and perform multiple warehouse functions with a focus on 100% accuracy.
  • Comfort using computers to perform required tasks during picking and packing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with a team, including in occasional high-demand periods.
  • Willingness to operate powered industrial equipment and follow all safety and operational procedures.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions for order picking and packing, including special product handling requirements.
