Double Electric Forklift Operator

Our client, a fast-paced warehouse and distribution operation, is seeking a Double Electric Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Double Electric Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting order selection, pallet building, and safe product movement to the dock. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment—aligning successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $17

Shift: Monday - Friday PM Shift 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

What's the Job?

• MUST Operate a Double Electric Pallet Jack and Cherry Picker to move products safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Select correct products from warehouse racking, including floor and sometimes upper locations (high reach experience helpful).
• Label product using SOS label technology, ensuring labels are correctly placed and oriented.
• Build pallets and palletize product as it is selected to complete customer orders, following proper stacking procedures (e.g., no heavy-on-light) and securing pallets to avoid tipping.
• Deliver product to the dock safely, including staging pallets for loading and stretch-wrapping on the loading dock.

What's Needed?

• 1–3 years of experience operating double pallet jack equipment (no exceptions).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly; team lifts for 50+.
• Experience selecting orders in a production environment with a sense of urgency and consistent pace.
• Ability to work overtime if the workload demands it, including potential overtime on holidays and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to job and safety requirements; basic arithmetic skills; adequate physical fitness for regular lifting.
