Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $200-$400 per day
Schedule: Steady Full-Time Hours | Day Shift Opportunities Available

If you're an experienced CDL driver who enjoys operating heavy-duty vehicles and working in a hands-on outdoor environment, this opportunity is for you. As a Class B CDL Driver, you'll play a key role in transporting stone, gravel, sand, and aggregate materials that support construction and industrial projects throughout the region.

2. Key Responsibilities / What You'll Do

  • Operate Class B commercial vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Transport aggregate materials, gravel, stone, sand, and related products.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance concerns.
  • Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and site safety procedures.
  • Load, unload, and secure materials as required.
  • Maintain accurate delivery records, inspections, and vehicle logs.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and site personnel.
  • Assist with general site, quarry, or yard duties when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work vehicle.
  • Promote a strong safety culture on every shift.


3. Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Valid CDL Class B License.
  • Minimum of 2 years of CDL driving experience.
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle safety inspections.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in quarry, mining, aggregate, construction, or heavy industrial environments.
  • Experience operating dump trucks, water trucks, or other heavy equipment.
  • Knowledge of aggregate materials and quarry operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
