Extrusion Process Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in extrusion processes, is seeking a dedicated Extrusion Process Technician to join their team. As an Extrusion Process Technician, you will be an integral part of the Production Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Extrusion Process Technician

Location: Neenah, WI

Pay Range: $19.00

Shift: 1st shift (6:50am-3:00pm)

What's the Job?

• Perform trials with new and existing tooling to ensure parts meet customer specifications.
• Assist in process improvements to increase productivity, line speed, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement documentation, instructions, and procedures for process enhancement.
• Support training of production personnel on extrusion processing techniques.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including tooling maintenance and equipment repairs as needed.

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in profile extrusion or related manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read blueprints and operate machinery, small hand tools, and precision measuring devices.
• Reliance on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
• Maintenance experience is a plus.
