We're hiring experienced Forklift Operators to support a busy manufacturing operation in Newton, NC. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in safe equipment operation, and understand the importance of keeping production moving.
Schedule
Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ($17/hr)
Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM ($18/hr)
2-2-3 Rotating Schedule
- Work 2 days
- Off 2 days
- Work 3 days
- Work every other weekend
What You'll Do
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently throughout the facility
- Move raw materials and finished products to designated locations
- Load and unload trailers
- Support production by delivering materials where needed
- Maintain accurate inventory movement throughout the facility
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of recent forklift experience
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or warehouse environments
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and dependable work history
- Ability to work independently and stay productive throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting
