Forklift Operator

Our client, agricultural manufacturing and distribution operations is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting day-to-day material handling, inventory movement, and safe operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment, and the drive to keep accurate records using WMS.

Job Title: Forklift Operator

Location: Renwick, IA

Pay Range: $19.50/hr - $21.50/hr

Shift: 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm; 2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm; 3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am (Must be able to rotate all 3 shifts every two weeks!)

What's the Job?

• Operate a forklift professionally and safely, ensuring accident-free performance and accurate completion of forklift inspections.
• Perform systematic maintenance and cleaning of the forklift to keep equipment in reliable working condition.
• Operate a packaging line.
• Repair Proboxes.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment and follow safety standards, including initiating and following emergency procedures when necessary.

What's Needed?

• Ability to count accurately when moving inventory and maintain attention to detail.
• Ability to read scales and follow procedures for safe, precise handling.
• Ability to rotate shifts every two weeks.
• Able to be work on your feet on a packaging line.
