Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable, full-time opportunity? We are seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals to join our warehouse and distribution teams in Smyrna and LaVergne, TN. If you have forklift experience and enjoy working in a steady-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Transport raw materials, finished products, and inventory to designated locations
• Accurately stage, stock, and organize products
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience required
• Experience operating one or more of the following: Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, or Stand-Up Forklift
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

• Fast-paced warehouse and distribution setting
• Frequent forklift operation throughout the shift
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting required
• Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures
• Overtime may be available based on business needs
