Our client, is hiring for General labor. As a General Labor associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations supporting the logistics and inventory management teams. The ideal candidate will have reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Labor
Location: Elk Grove, IL
Pay Range: $20
Shift: 7AM to 4PM, Monday through Friday
What's the Job?
- Receive, unload, and process shipments using forklift and warehouse management systems
- Maintain an organized warehouse layout and manage material movement
- Perform inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock records
- Assist in building and staging order kits for installation teams
- Support safety policies and report hazards to ensure a secure work environment
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience
- Prior forklift operation experience preferred
- Ability to operate Warehouse Management Software (WMS), Oracle experience preferred
- Reliable and proactive work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
