Our client, Seafood Processing & Manufacturing is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the Seafood Production team supporting daily seafood processing, production, packaging, and sanitation operations. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to food safety and workplace safety standards, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Labor

Pay Range: $16
Shift: 5:30am or 6am
What's the Job?
- Assist with processing, sorting, weighing, and packaging seafood products.
- Prepare products for packaging and shipment according to production requirements.
- Inspect seafood products for quality and remove products that do not meet established standards.
- Label, seal, box, and palletize finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and workstations.
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in seafood processing, food production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated, cold, and/or wet environment, while following verbal and written instructions.

What's the Job?
- Apoyar en el procesamiento, clasificación, pesaje y empaque de productos de mariscos.
- Preparar los productos para empaque y envío de acuerdo con los requisitos de producción.
- Inspeccionar los productos de mariscos por calidad y retirar aquellos que no cumplan con los estándares establecidos.
- Etiquetar, sellar, encajonar y paletizar los productos terminados.
- Mantener el área de producción limpia y organizada, incluyendo la limpieza y desinfección de equipos y estaciones de trabajo.
What's Needed?
- Se prefiere experiencia previa en procesamiento de mariscos, producción de alimentos, manufactura, almacén o trabajo general, pero no es obligatoria.
- Capacidad para desempeñarte de manera efectiva en un entorno de producción dinámico y rápido.
- Ser una persona responsable y capaz de mantener una asistencia constante.
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante periodos prolongados y realizar tareas repetitivas.
- Comodidad para trabajar en un ambiente refrigerado, frío y/o húmedo, siguiendo instrucciones verbales y por escrito.
