Our client, manufacturing and logistics operations is seeking a General labor to join their team. As a General labor, you will be part of the Production/Logistics department supporting day-to-day plant workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to accurately follow directions, and a positive and professional attitude that helps you succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: General labor

Location: Pontiac, IL

Pay Range: $17.5

Shift: 6AM - 2PM

What's the Job?

• Accurately follow directions and complete assigned tasks to support production and logistics needs
• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs as required by job assignments
• Stand and/or walk for the entire shift while maintaining safe, consistent work habits
• Perform reaching, grabbing, and overhead work frequently, including bending and stooping
• Work effectively in hot and cold plant environments while staying focused and productive

What's Needed?

• Ability to accurately follow directions and follow established procedures
• Strong work ethic with the drive to keep pace in a fast-paced environment
• Positive and professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting preferred
