Our client, an industry leader in logistics and distribution, is seeking a General Labor - 75 to join their team. As a General Labor - 75, you will be part of the distribution center supporting material handling and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor - 75

Location: Eastford, CT

Pay Range: $17

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Sort materials such as pallets, boxes, and plastic bins throughout the distribution center
• Hand-stack materials following instructions and safety guidelines
• Load and unload materials manually, ensuring proper handling
• Move materials on pallets or in crates within the storage facility
• Inspect loads for security and verify product quality standards

What's Needed?

• Basic automotive mechanical skills or similar experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly and safely
• Comfort working in extreme environmental conditions, including heat and cold
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
• Good balance, coordination, and physical stamina
