General Labor Painter

Our client is seeking a General Labor Painter to join their team. As a General Labor Painter, you will be part of the operations team supporting hands-on painting work on trench boxes and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to follow instructions closely, and the drive to complete tasks accurately in an outdoor work environment.

Job Title: General Labor Painter

Location: Lafayette, CO

Pay Range: $20.00/hour

Shift: 1 Week October 19, 2026 - October 23, 2026, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What's the Job?

• Paint trench boxes and other related equipment during a short-term assignment
• Prepare surfaces for painting as needed to support proper coverage and finish
• Maintain a clean and safe work area throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines while working on-site
• Perform additional general labor duties as assigned

What's Needed?

• Previous painting or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions
• Comfort working outdoors and completing physical tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required for the role
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site
