General Labor

Our client, a leader in the concrete and paving sector, is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a General Labor, you will be part of the construction team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: Fairmont, WV

Pay Range: $15.00 - 18.00 per hour - based on experience

Shift: 7am - 4pm

What's the Job?

• Clean and prepare job sites by removing debris and garbage.
• Load and unload building materials.
• Operate machinery and equipment such as forklifts and manlifts.
• Set, pour, level, and form concrete.
• Dig ditches or trenches using shovels.

What's Needed?

• Previous construction experience is a plus!
• Experience working with concrete preferred.
• Ability to lift 60+ pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Willingness to work outside in extreme temperatures.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Must be abel to pass drug screen.
