General Labor

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a General Labor to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations team supporting the Cooler, Case Room, and Bagging Room departments. The ideal candidate will have flexibility, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate  2nd Shift
Location: TX, Fort Worth
Pay Range: $14.50 hour

What's the Job?

• Follow all safety procedures, GMP practices, and wear required PPE while working in a food manufacturing environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and move products weighing up to 200 lbs using hooks and material handling equipment.
• Work in multiple departments including Cooler, Case Room, and Bagging Room based on daily business needs.
• Operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and complete required documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting production goals and overtime needs.

What's Needed?

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures ranging from cold cooler environments to warmer production areas.
• Basic math skills and effective written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance, flexibility for overtime, and willingness to learn. No prior manufacturing experience required.
