Our client, Manufacturing and Warehouse Operations is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the Operations team supporting production and material handling needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment—skills that will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Laborer
Location: Lumberton, NC
Pay Range: Hourly Rate will be 16.70
Shift: 1st Shift 7am to 3:00pm
What's the Job?
- Sort, inspect, and check product to ensure accuracy and quality
- Assist with assembly and moving of larger products as needed
- Support day-to-day warehouse and manufacturing operations in a shared work area
- Work safely in an environment that includes forklifts, stackers, and heavy machinery proximity
- Lift and handle materials up to 60 lbs., including repeated and prolonged lifting of weights over 35 lbs.
What's Needed?
- Ability to perform physical work, including repeated lifting and moving of materials
- Comfort working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment with heavy equipment nearby
- Attention to detail for sorting, inspection, and checking product
- Reliability and readiness to follow safety procedures and operational instructions
- Willingness to support production needs through consistent, on-the-floor effort
