General Laborer

Our client, in concrete manufacturing operations is seeking a General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be part of the production team supporting concrete manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work reliably in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Laborer

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $22.00

Shift: 3am-12pm, M-F

What's the Job?

• Remove concrete buildup and excess material from forms, products, and equipment using hammers and other hand tools.
• Chip, clean, and prepare metal forms for production.
• Assist with stripping and finishing precast concrete products.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Move materials and equipment throughout the production facility and assist with setup and teardown of forms and molds.

What's Needed?

• Previous construction, manufacturing, concrete, demolition, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely use hand tools, including hammers and chipping tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability in a physically demanding industrial environment.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and wear required PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, and gloves.
