Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a General Production Associate - Entry Level to join their team. As a General Production Associate - Entry Level, you will be part of the production department supporting operational activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will help you succeed in this dynamic environment.

Job Title: General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $16

Shift: Second

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently following standard work procedures
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products accurately
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the work area
• Follow all safety policies and promote safe work practices

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; entry-level position
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Good physical condition to perform manual tasks
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
