Hatchery Laborer - 1st Shift

Our client, agriculture-focused hatchery operations is seeking a Hatchery Laborer - 1st Shift to join their team. As a Hatchery Laborer - 1st Shift, you will be part of the production team supporting daily hatchery workflows. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-minded, and comfortable with hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Hatchery Laborer - 1st Shift

Location: Belleville, PA

Pay Range: $16.25

Shift: 1st shift: Sunday - Thursday 6:00a - 2:30p (hours could be extended due to the agriculture nature of the job)

What's the Job?

• Support daily hatchery production by assisting with chick hatching and related tasks
• Sort and process chicks according to established procedures
• Tray eggs and help maintain an organized, efficient workflow
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas to help maintain production standards
• Lift 40–60 lbs as needed to complete production tasks

What's Needed?

• Ability to work Sunday through Thursday on the 1st shift schedule
• Comfort performing physical, hands-on production work in a hatchery environment
• Willingness to follow safety and sanitation procedures consistently
• Ability to lift 40–60 lbs when required
• Reliable attendance and readiness to support extended hours when needed
