Industrial Sit Down Forklift Operator - 2nd Shift

Our client, a leader in the metal manufacturing industry, and is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join their team. 

Job Title: Industrial Forklift Operator

Location: Orange, CA

Pay Range: $22.00 P/H 

Training on 1st Shift: M-F 6:00AM to 2:30PM
Permanent 2nd Shift: M-F 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements ?

• Must be able to train on 1st shift for a week and the transfer to 2nd Shift (See schedule above)
• The pay rate for this position is set at $22/hour and is not open for negotiation. 
• 3 years’ experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to manually lift up to 40 lbs. and operate powered pallet jacks.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and routine calculations.
• Familiarity with safety practices and good manufacturing principles.

What's the Job?

• Safely operate material handling equipment for accurate shipping and receiving.
• Perform inventory counts, staging, locating, picking, and relocating products.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and maintain good documentation practices.
• Conduct critical control checks and resolve safety or quality compliance issues.
• Assist in training others and take on additional duties as needed.
