Machine Deburring Operator

Our client, a manufacturing organization specializing in precision components, is seeking a Machine Deburring Operator to join their team. As a Machine Deburring Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Deburring Operator

Location: Cerritos, CA

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday- Friday from 6am- 2:45pm

What's the Job?

• Edge burrs and tumble parts to meet customer requirements and company specifications
• Perform simple repetitive bench operations such as deburring, counting, and cleaning of parts
• Conduct routine deburring duties with basic job knowledge, following supervisor priorities
• Ensure proper handling, stacking, and accurate counting of finished parts
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the deburr and timesaver areas

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous recent Deburring experience (6+ months- 1 year)
• Ability to perform manual deburring with tight tolerances ranging from .001 to .005
• Good visual inspection skills and attention to detail
• Physical ability to sit and stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 20 pounds
• Excellent communication skills in English; conversational skills in other languages are a plus
