Our client, a manufacturing and warehouse environment, is seeking a General Labor - Light to join their team. As a General Labor - Light, you will be part of the operations team supporting production and fulfillment activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions consistently, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Labor - Light
Location: Scotia, NY
Pay Range: $21.32/hour
Shift: M-Thurs 6am-2:30pm, Fri 5am-1:30pm
What's the Job?
- Sort, inspect, and check products to ensure accuracy and quality
- Assemble smaller products using basic hand tools as needed
- Support day-to-day manufacturing or warehouse operations to keep work flowing
- Follow established procedures for handling, checking, and organizing items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing assigned tasks
What's Needed?
- Comfort working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Ability to lift occasionally weights not in excess of 25 lbs.
- Willingness to use hand tools for sorting, inspection, and assembly tasks
- Strong attention to detail when sorting, checking, and assembling products
- Reliability and readiness to work Monday through Friday
