We are seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, The ideal candidate will bring a logical, detailed, disciplined approach to equipment operation, a strong commitment to safety, and a desire to be an excellent team member who supports others across shifts and locations.
Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: De Pere, WI
Pay Range: $49920 - $52000
Shift: 2nd shift 2:30 PM – 11:00 (Monday-Friday). Start up Sunday Night.
What's the Job?
- Set up and operate machines to process parts according to established procedures.
- Perform process inspections to help ensure parts are processed to customer specifications.
- Meet production schedules while maintaining quality and consistency throughout the run.
- Operate a forklift as needed to support production flow and material movement.
- Promote and participate in safety regulations and procedures to help maintain a safe work environment.

- Ability to demonstrate a logical, detailed, disciplined approach to equipment operation.
- Strong desire to be an excellent team member and support other team members on your shift, on other shifts, and across locations.
- Solid past work history.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
