As a Production Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of high-quality shingles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Fontana, CA
Pay Range: $20.00
Shift: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm
What's the Job?
- Manually fold roof ridges using gloved hands without the use of tools or machinery
- Maintain safety standards by wearing required PPE and bringing safety shoes
- Meet production targets of 12 boxes per hour to ensure efficient workflow
- Participate in safety, housekeeping, shutdown, cleanup, startup, and maintenance activities
- Follow standard procedures and technical training to perform manufacturing tasks accurately
What's Needed?
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm
