Material Handler 1

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a General Labor - Light to join their team. As a General Labor - Light, you will be part of the production support team, contributing to efficient material handling and plant safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor - Light

Location: West Sacramento, CA

Pay Range: $21.22

Shift: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Handle and maintain the flow of materials throughout the plant.
• Forklift experience not required but a plus to have
• Complete daily pre-start forklift maintenance inspection reports (VCRs).
• Sort and de-box materials efficiently and accurately.
• Move and stack pallets and materials on the production floor.
• Dump gaylords, totes, and cages, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.

What's Needed?

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work any shift as needed, including overtime.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of lifting 25 to 30 lbs and working in a fast-paced environment.
