Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking Material Handlers to join their team in Indianola, PA. As a Material Handler, you will support production operations through material movement, packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Indianola, PA

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour (1st Shift) | $19.50/hour (2nd & 3rd Shift)

Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:20 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:20 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Sunday Night-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:20 AM

What's the Job?

  • Move, transport, and stage materials throughout the facility using approved material handling equipment.
  • Complete packaging activities according to established work instructions and regulatory requirements.
  • Accurately perform SAP transactions to support inventory, receiving, and shipping functions.
  • Process incoming and outgoing materials while maintaining accurate records.
  • Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and documented work instructions.
  • Support production operations by ensuring materials are available when needed.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse, manufacturing, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to learn SAP and other operational systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions.
  • Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the facility.
